This notice explains how we handle personal data you share with us through www.aisacon.com. We collect only what we need to answer you, send swatches and run our business relationship with you.
Who we are
The data controller is AISA Danışmanlık Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (MERSIS 0010056625200018), Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, Türkiye ("AISA & Co.", "we"). For any privacy question, write to info@aisacon.com.
What we collect

Why and on what basis
- To answer enquiries, send swatches and prepare offers: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- To run orders and the portals: performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and our legal duties, e.g. invoicing and tax records (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To understand how the site is used through visit statistics: your consent, given in the cookie banner and changeable at any time (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)).
- To send the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by email (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who helps us
We share data only with service providers that process it for us under contract:
- Wix.com: website hosting, visit statistics, forms, newsletter, customer database and portal sign-in.
- Supabase: the database behind our article information and the portals.
- Google Fonts: delivers the typefaces of this site; your browser contacts Google's servers to load them.
- Couriers, when we ship swatches or samples to you.
Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses, or on your explicit consent where Turkish law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and swatch requests: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless they become a business relationship. Customer and order records: as long as the law requires (Turkish commercial and tax law generally requires 10 years). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Private selection links expire after 21 days.
Cookies & storage
We do not use advertising cookies. The site works with:
- Strictly necessary cookies that our hosting provider sets to deliver the site securely. These do not require consent.
- Local storage in your browser to keep you signed in to the customer or agent portal and to send forms. Signing out clears it.
- Analytics cookies set by Wix to count visits and see which pages are used. These are set only if you choose “Accept all” or switch on Analytics in the cookie banner.
Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months. You can change it at any time; you can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Under KVKK Art. 11 you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed, for what purpose, and to whom it was transferred. Write to info@aisacon.com; we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to your supervisory authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
