  • What does AISA & CO specialize in ?
We are a textile company creating and curating seasonal fabric collections with a strong focus on cotton and cotton blends. We also organize production for sampling and bulk orders, offering clients both fabric and in need garment solutions. Our seasonal collections are born from a refined vision where cotton and cotton blends are elevated into expressions of modern elegance. Each fabric is conceived as more than material, it is a canvas of texture, color, and touch, shaped with precision and artistry. From exclusive samples to large-scale production, every step is orchestrated with the same devotion to excellence. Beyond fabrics, we live every step with our dear clients, ensuring that what begins as a thread evolves into timeless creations that embody both sophistication and desire.
  • What makes your collections unique ?
Our collections combine European fashion sensibility with innovative finishes, sophisticated hand feels, and sustainable practices. Each item reflects a balance of creativity, technical precision, and market relevance. Beyond fabric development, we work in close collaboration with designers to translate visionary ideas into tangible qualities, while continuously prompting feedback from clients to ensure our offer resonates with their evolving needs. A steady follow-up of the fashion industry allows us to anticipate trends, refine details, and enrich our collections with a sense of both modernity and timelessness.
  • Can you develop custom fabrics for clients ?
Yes, we collaborate closely with our clients and agents to create custom developments, whether in color, texture, or finishing, tailored to specific brand needs. To develop the desired outcome, handlooms and CAD studies are prepared for the customer on demand, for piece dyed samples/production. Labdips (laboratory color studies)are prepared before proceeding to the final stage. Special handfeel is also possible to develop. The client can use either our range of handfeels ( check our TouchLab ) or we can develop a new one according to his comments.
  • What minimum order quantities (MOQ) do you require ?
Our standard MOQ's vary depending on the fabric type, yarn detail, composition, weaving structure, and the need of the length of the fabric to finish the specific quality in the finishing mill. For special collections and new markets, we offer lower MOQ's to encourage development. Generally, we accept 50-100 m sampling per color with a certain amount of surcharge. Lead times on samplings are around 3-4 weeks depending on the availability of yarn, and ready fabric. On the production side, MOQ is 1000 m piece which can be devided in to two color ways (2 x 500 m). For further informations, contact us
  • How do you ensure quality control ?
Quality is the cornerstone of our work, shaping every decision we make and every fabric we deliver. To guarantee consistency and excellence, we implement a strict 4-point quality control system in full compliance with international rules and standards. This system is flexible and can be adapted according to specific client requirements. Every stage of production is carefully monitored, from yarn selection to weaving, finishing, and final inspection. For special fabric types, we go further by conducting garment trials to evaluate how fabrics perform in real-life use, ensuring that our creations meet not only technical expectations but also the highest standards of wearability and durability.
  • Do you offer sustainable fabric options and certifications ?
Yes. All of our cotton fabrics can be produced with internationally recognized certifications such as GOTS, OCS, GRS, and BCI, upon request. For fabrics blended with other fibers, like polyamide, polyester, viscose, etc., sustainable solutions are also possible, but the required certification type must be defined at the beginning of development. We handle every kind of sustainability request with care, ensuring that our fabrics meet both technical standards and the values of conscious fashion.
